Architectural patternwork is common for us. My industrial design background (R. I. School of Design, toy industry) prepared me with the skills needed, along with lessons from an old hand in template-making and bench-running plaster. Note the precision woodworking in combination with salvaged and repaired plaster elements, compo decorative elements, and odd objects that give me the shapes sometimes needed.
